How to Send Wedding Invitations on WhatsApp

WhatsApp is where every Pakistani family already is. Here is how to send your invitation so it feels personal, not forwarded.

1. Send to elders one by one

Parents, grandparents and close relatives deserve a personal message, ideally followed by a call. Broadcast lists are fine for friends and colleagues.

2. Write a short personal line

Assalam o Alaikum Khala! With great joy we invite you and the family to Ayesha and Hamza's wedding. Please open the link below, and don't forget to RSVP.
السلام علیکم! آپ کو اور آپ کے اہل خانہ کو ہماری شادی میں شرکت کی دعوت دی جاتی ہے۔

3. Use family groups for reminders

Share the link once in each family group, then use the countdown as a reminder a week before.

4. Check your RSVPs

Your live response list shows who is coming and how many guests, so you can follow up only with those who have not replied.

5. Fix mistakes without resending

If a time or venue changes, we update the same link. Nobody needs a new message.
